Eastern Communications announced a car incentive program for their sales executives who meet or exceed quota. This is in line with improving sales force productivity to meet the company’s growth plans for 2008. The company gave away two Toyota Vios manual transmission, one Honda Civic 1.8 manual transmission, and one Honda Civic 2.0 automatic transmission. “We believe that having a well motivated sales group will contribute greatly in realizing Eastern’s targets. This evidences the company’s principles of recognizing and rewarding performance” said Edwin Domingo, marketing and business development head of Eastern Communications.
