8.    Can I specify my own email address?


       Yes, you may specify your own email address.

       For residential accounts, they can declare their own email with Eastern domain, while for
       corporate accounts, they have to register their domain and declare their desired email
       address.
 

9.    What is CLI?

       CLI stands for Caller Line Identification. This feature helps you know who your caller is even
       before you answer the call.
