1. Double-click on My Computer. 2. Double-click on Dial-up Networking. 3. Double-click on Make new connection. 4. Under Type a name for....: type a Connection Name and click Next.
5. Under Telephone number: enter the dial-up number . Leave every other field blank and click Next.
6. Click Finish.
7. Right-click on the connection you made and click on Properties.
8. Make sure to uncheck use area code and Dialing Properties 9. Click on the Server Types tab.
10. Make sure to uncheck all except the Enable software compression and TCP/IP. 11. Then click TCP/IP Settings.
12. Make sure that Server assigned IP address is checked. 13. Check Specify name server addresses. 14. For Primary DNS: put in 203.167.97.66. 15. For Secondary DNS: put in 203.167.97.200. 16. Click OK and Click OK again. 17. Then Right-click on the Connection icon and click Create Shortcut, it will tell you that it can't, click Yes. 18. Close all the windows and return to the desktop. Double-click on Shortcut to your Connection.
19. Type in your Username and Password. 20. Click Connect.
